Kcell has made another improvement of the intelligent customer service system. Now virtual robot\u044b consultants Zhanna and Kamila answer the questions of Kcell and activ subscribers not only on official websites kcell.kz<\/a> and activ.kz<\/a>, but also in Telegram messenger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In order to put questions to Zhanna and Kamila there should be taken a few steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. to find virtual consultants in the section \u201cContacts\u201d of Telegram messenger by name @ActivKcellBot;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. to press \u201cStart\u201d;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. to type in the text field \/kcell or \/activ and click on \u201cSend\u201d;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. to ask questions of concernment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Virtual consultants answer questions about the services, promotions, Kcell, activ tariff rates. When handling the request associated with the mobile communication quality, or if a subscriber requires finding information on website kcell.kz<\/a>, activ.kz<\/a>, the consultants coordinate further actions of subscribers and provide a direct link to a specific page on the site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Consultants do not respond to questions related to the provision of confidential user information that is to the personal questions, such as, \u201cWhat is my balance?\u201d or \u201cWhat is my tariff rate?\u201d, but provide information on how to obtain such data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
