All base stations operated in uninterrupted mode during competitions. During this time, the Kcell and Activ subscribers used 69 515 GB of internet traffic at all sports facilities in Almaty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During opening ceremony which conducted in the Almaty Arena on January 29 company subscribers used more than 1 174 GB of internet traffic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The largest quantity of internet traffic equal to 10 552 GB for 12 days of competitions were used in the Almaty Arena Multipurpose Complex. 6 969 GB of internet traffic was used On Halyk Arena stadium. On the third place \u2014 Baluan Sholak Sports Palace, where the Kcell and Active subscribers used 6 747 GB. The fourth place \u2014 Medal Plaza, there were used 5 794 GB of mobile internet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kcell, official mobile operator of the 28th Winter Universiade, also provided 7117 single call center for obtaining the information on all competitions and activities. Since starting of call center, operators answered to 4 883 questions, at that most of them are related to schedules of competitions and points of ticket sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We would like to remind that in December of 2016, the company implemented possibility to purchase tickets for the Universiade with Active number balance.
