Line of Mobi services has existed for 2 years. Now it includes books, music, movies, series, magazines and mobile financial services, to which more than half a million subscribers of Kcell and Activ are subscribed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Arti Ots, Chief Executive Officer of the Kcell JSC, Mobi line changes the habits of users. “In February of 2016, we started our activity in the market, where the pirate content is actually dominated. For these two years we have done the most important: it is common and comfortable for users of mobile content to use and pay for high-quality legal content. Everything that our subscribers like to listen to, read, watch, we made accessible and convenient for them. We removed unnecessary annoying, distracting advertising and information noise in order to help them enjoy only the information that is really important for them”.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Currently, the Kcell company creates the largest in the country ecosystem of digital mobile content. Now the Mobi line is TV programs of all the largest Kazakhstan TV channels, popular films in partnership with Megogo and global premieres of favorite TV shows with Amediateka Home of HBO, these are hundreds of thousands of books from Bookmate, including in Kazakh language. Popular Kazakhstan and world music tracks, thousands of issues of 70 popular magazines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the summer of last year, Mobi’s line includes mobile financial services that now unite more than 150 partners. This includes payment of parking and travel in public transport, payment of utilities by means of Alseco, buying goods and payment of other services. Since October of last year, Activ subscribers have been able to withdraw funds from the balance of mobile numbers in more than 3 thousand branches of the Kazpost JSC throughout Kazakhstan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Users of entertainment services of the Mobi line prefer Kazakhstan content. In the top of search requests of service – pop music, rap, hip-hop and Kazakh music. Now there are 395 tracks of Kazakhstan artists on the Mobi Music service. The top three most popular signers are Yerke Yesmakhan, Kairat Nurtas and Kanat Umbetov. “Hit parade of Kazakhstan music” is included in the top 3 most popular playlists, along with “Hits of the Day” and the selection of “House and home”. According to the company data, 43 tracks listened to or about 2 hours for an average are accounted for by one user of Mobi Music per day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Subscribers of Mobi TV prefer series, reality shows and news. Leaders of the view rating are the show “Kalaulym” and the TV series “Kukhnya”. The leaders of Kazakhstan’s preferences were also domestic television channels – “First Channel Eurasia” and “31 Channel”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Literature on self-development and psychology is popular among subscribers of the Bookmate electronic library. The most popular books of the last month were the novel “Shantaram” by David Roberts Gregory, an Australian writer and “Sapiens”, the work of Noah Harari Yuval, an Israeli professor: A brief history of humankind”. On average, Kcell subscribers spend 66 minutes per day in the “library”, preferring to do this using the iPhone6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Subscriber of the Mobi Kino spends approximately 180 minutes per month for watching movies and TV series, while consuming slightly more than 3 GB of Internet traffic. “Game of Thrones”, “World of the Wild West” and the cartoon “Masha and the Bear” are the most popular video content among users of this service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Digital content, along with data transfer and package tariffs, has become the main source of growth in 2017 for us. Revenues from additional services only for the last year has increased by 5.26% to 9.837 million tenge. We see that one of the most important and crucial moments in Kazakhstan’s telecom market was the transition from voice communication to data transmission. “Kcell” leads and directs these changes, transforming into the digital operator and actively developing a digital content.
