Communication on partial loan repayment under the credit line in First Heartland Jusan Bank JSC

Almaty, 15 September 2023. Kcell Joint Stock Company ("Kcell" or "Company") (KASE: KCEL) - one of the leading providers of mobile telecommunications services in Kazakhstan, informs its shareholders and investors that on September 8, 2023 the Company, pursuant to the letter of First Heartland Jusan Bank JSC ("Bank") of August 02, 2023 demanding early repayment of the loan after the Company has become an affiliated entity and an entity affiliated with the Bank through special relationship under Article 64.1.5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Joint Stock Companies" and Article 40.3.4 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Banks and Banking Activities", made a partial early repayment of the loan principal under the credit line received under the General Facility Agreement with First Heartland Jusan Bank KSC of November 10, 2021. The repayment amounted to KZT 40 billion.
