Kcell JSC entered into a major transaction with Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC

Almaty, 15 September 2023. Kcell Joint Stock Company ("Kcell" or "Company") (KASE: KCEL) - one of the leading providers of mobile telecommunications services in Kazakhstan, informs its shareholders and investors that on September 8, 2023 the Company entered into a major transaction with Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan (Addendum 1 to Individual Credit Facility Agreement of February 15, 2023) to increase the credit line from KZT 50 billion to KZT 90.5 billion, which is 26.9% of the total book value of the Company's assets. The purpose of the credit line – refinancing of existing loans.
