On changes in the executive body of Kcell JSC

Almaty, December 7, 2022 – Kcell Joint Stock Company (“Kcell” or the "Company") (KASE, AIX: KCEL), one of the leading providers of mobile telecommunications services in Kazakhstan, informs its shareholders and investors of the decision adopted by the Board of Directors of Kcell:

  1. To terminate the powers of Dina Nurpeissova – Member of the Management Board, Chief Financial Officer of Kcell JSC, effective on December 8, 2022.

The new composition of the Management Board of Kcell JSC:

  1. Askhat Uzbekov – Chairman of the Management Board, Chief Executive Officer;
  2. Maria Averchenko – Member of the Management Board, Chief Commercial Officer;
  3. Azamat Uisumbayev – Member of the Management Board, Chief Corporate Officer;
  4. Kirill Strashenko – Member of the Management Board, Chief Technical Officer;
  5. Daniyar Ibrayev – Member of the Management Board, Chief Security Officer;
  6. Malik Amardinov – Member of the Management Board, Chief Digital Development Officer.
