Kcell announces extension of loan term with Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC


Almaty, 25 April 2016 - Kcell Joint Stock Company (LSE, KASE: KCEL) (“Kcell” or the "Company") (LSE, KASE: KCEL), the leading provider of mobile telecommunications services in Kazakhstan by market share in terms of revenue and subscribers, today announces that it has extended the term of its KZT 22 billion loan from Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC for twelve months from 13 April 2016 to 13 April 2017. The Company has obtained the loan for the purpose of financing its working capital.
