Most of Atyrau region residents choose Kcell
Arti Ots, Chief Executive Officer of "Kcell" has outlined the key trends of the telecommunications market in Kazakhstan and shared the plans for the nearest future today in the press-center of "Renaissance" hotel.
Nowadays mobile operators of Kazakhstan are working in the conditions of tough competition. In response, "Kcell" reinforces the focus on customers and introduces a new line of tariffs for activ "Hello, Kazakhstan". Each of these new tariffs includes minutes for calls to all operators, SMS and Internet traffic. "Hello, Kazakhstan²" package at 1490 tenge per month offers 1,490 minutes for calls to all operators in Kazakhstan, 500 SMS and 10GB (5GB both for day and night time). "Hello, Kazahstan3" package provides 1,990 minutes for calls to all operators in the country, 500 SMS, and 18 GB of Internet traffic (9GB both for day and night time) at 1990 tenge per month.

The need for the mobile Internet is growing rapidly among "Kcell" customers, which is the result of 3G networks development and the increasing number of smartphone users. And Atyrau region is also conforms to this trend. According to the company’s information, more than 60 percent of its customers in the region actively use high-speed Internet. More than 545,000 users choose Kcell as mobile services provider, which is 97% of the total population of the region.
The company is constantly working to upgrade and increase the capacity of its network. "Starting from the beginning of this year 13 new stations have been launched to expand the capacity of the network within the city of Atyrau. By region, our network covers all major fields and 615 kilometers of the roads of national importance.
