Kcell in South Kazakhstan Region: 1.5 million customers and new tariffs for activ

 

Today in the press center of the TV Channel "Otyrar" Arti Ots, Chief Executive Officer of "Kcell" spoke on telecommunications market development in Kazakhstan and shared the company's plans for the nearest future.

Mobile market in Kazakhstan is in a mature state. There are practically no people who do not use mobile communication or don't have a mobile operator of choice. "Hello, Kazakhstan1" package at 1 290 tenge per month offers 1 290 minutes for calls to all operators in Kazakhstan, 500 SMS and 4 GB of Internet traffic (evenly split between the day and night time), "Hello, Kazakhstan2" provides 1 490 minutes for calls, 500 SMS and 10 GB of Internet traffic, and "Hello, Kazahstan3" offers 1 990 minutes for calls to all destinations in Kazakhstan, 500 SMS and 18 GB for Internet fans, which are distributed between day and night time.

The company provides a package offer for smartphones with the installment of 12, 18 or 24 months. Monthly payment, which ranges from 8 000 to 17 000 tenge, includes smartphone together with bonus minutes, Internet traffic, and SMS.

The needs of the population of South Kazakhstan region in the mobile Internet are growing rapidly. Therefore, the company keeps expanding the 3G network. Thus, from the beginning of the year it was established 106 3G base stations. "We are constantly working on improving the quality of the network in our region. Only in May 2015 we've launched more than 60 base stations, 36 of which are based in Shymkent. The result of such an active development is a network covering almost the whole region. It is worth mentioning that since the last year's spring the staff of our call center includes people with 2 and 3 groups of disability, and they work very well, along with other colleagues.
