Activ tops record levels in Kazakhstani AppStore
Mobile application “My activ” has become a leader of top 100 free downloadable applications in Kazakhstani sector of AppStore. Now the nearest subscribers service center is in their mobile.
New application activ was deployed in September 2014, and for this short period it has become a leader of downloads from AppStore. Previously this application had already been third in this rating.
Subscribers do not need to think anymore where the nearest service center is in their city so they can get the mobile operator’s services. Now Kcell clients can manage service via mobile applications saving their time for visiting the subscriber service center.
The mobile application “My activ” helps the subscribers to check their balance and traffic, change their billing plan, activate Internet packages, send to 15 SMSs a day, get detail records and many other things on their own and for free.
“We continuously work on creation of new mobile applications and improvement of existing ones. We are happy that our subscribers appreciate “My activ” mobile application and download it to their smart-phones. Now they can manage their number for their own and for free, and also they can get an access to the Company’s services online”, - commented the Director for Mass Market Development in JSC “Kcell”, Khikmatulla Nasritdinkhodzhaev, on the success of “My activ” application in the AppStore rating.
