After joining the Club, you will automatically get the Club level, depending on the monthly costs for mobile communication:

You can always check your Club level status by sending a USSD-combination *788*6#OK or via the USSD menu *788#OK.

Each member receives a unique 12-digit code. In order to take advantage of an exclusive offer from our partner it will be required to present this code.

In appropriate cases, a Subscriber will be able to re-obtain a unique code by dialing a USSD-combination *788*5#OK or through the USSD-menu *788#OK.

 

It will be possible to become a member of the Club by activating the Service, using one of the following ways:

 

- By dialing a USSD-combination *788*1#OK or via the USSD menu *788#OK;

- By sending an SMS with the text “Yes/Da/Да” to number 7889;

- By filing a written request for subscription to the Service with the service points of the Operator.

 


Additional information and conditions of the Club:

 

1. Notification of Subscribers of offers of partners by making calls and/or sending the SMS-messages.

2. The maximum quantity of informational messages (calls and/or SMS) about the services and products of partners, sent to a Subscriber within the scope of the Service, shall amount to no more than 10 messages per month.

3. The bonus packages are credited on the day of initial entry to the Club and then on the 1st of each month. The bonus package operates within 30 days of crediting.

4. If a Subscriber leaves the Club and re-entered into it within a calendar month, the bonus packages in a given calendar month will not be credited.

5. Partners may, at their discretion, award Subscribers with additional premium packages consisting of minutes of calls for the within the Kcell/Activ/Vegaline network. The premium packages are credited at the time of sending to Subscribers of the informational message or making the call within the framework of the Club or at purchase of the service/product of the Partner by a Subscriber in accordance with the offer of the Partner within the framework of the Club. The premium package operates within 24 hours.

6. The Club level, available to a Subscriber, shall be calculated based on the average amount of monthly costs for mobile communication for a period of six months. The Club level of a Subscriber may vary no more than once per 6 months.

7. A Subscriber has the right to refuse to receive the informational messages via a call, retaining the membership in the Club, by notifying the employee of the Company accordingly or by dialing a USSD-combination *788*3#OK or by using the USSD-menu *788#OK within the framework of the Service. In order to allow informational messages via a call within the scope of the Service dial a USSD-combination *788*4#OK or use the USSD-menu *788#OK within the framework of the Service.

 

Procedure of use of bonus and premium packages:

 

1. For Kcell/Vegaline Subscribers the premium packages are available only with a positive balance. For Activ subscribers the premium packages are available for use at any balance. The bonus packages can only be used after the expiration of the promotional packages, activated by a Subscriber independently within the scope of used by a Subscriber value added services or promo actions held by the Company, the services available to a Subscriber under the used by the latter tariff plans, as well as after the use of bonus packages, credited for free to Subscribers within the scope of the program of loyalty of the Company.

2. The bonus packages can only be used after the expiration of the promotional packages, activated by a Subscriber independently within the scope of used by a Subscriber value added services or promo actions held by the Company, the services available to a Subscriber under the used by the latter tariff plans, as well as after the use of bonus packages, credited for free to Subscribers within the scope of the program of loyalty of the Company.

 

Special conditions:

 

1. A Subscriber should read these Terms and Conditions before the Service is activated. Activating the Service, a Subscriber confirms that he/she has read and accepted these Terms and Conditions of provision of the Service.

2. In case a Subscriber activates the Service, he/she consents to receiving advertising messages from the partners of the Company through calls and SMS-messages within the scope of the the Service.

3. In case a Subscriber activates the Service, he/she also consents to the processing of personal data in order to participate in the Club and use the Service.

4. A Subscriber agrees and acknowledges that the above consents are valid for the whole period from the date of joining the Club and the time of leaving the Club.

 

How to leave the Club:

 

You may at any time leave the Club by deactivating the Service:

- By filing a written request with the service points of the Company;

- By dialing a USSD-combination *788*2#OK or via the USSD-menu *788#OK;

- By sending an SMS with the text “No/Net/Нет” to number 7889.

 

The Operator has the right to change or amend these Terms and Conditions by updating this information on the official sites of the Operator. Such amendments shall be deemed accepted by a Subscriber, if within thirty (30) calendar days of the change, no refusal of the Service is provided by a Subscriber.
