Almaty, 26 May 2021 – Kcell Joint Stock Company (“Kcell” or the “Company”) (LSE, KASE: KCEL; AIX: KCEL, KCEL.Y), the leading provider of mobile telecommunications services in Kazakhstan, announces that the Company has signed an additional agreement with the Eurasian Development Bank to reduce the interest rate from 11.5% per annum to 11.19% per annum, with the period of the loan availability until 31 December 2021.
