Almaty, 1April 2021 – Kcell Joint Stock Company (“Kcell” or the “Company”) (LSE, KASE: KCEL; AIX: KCEL, KCEL.Y), the leading provider of mobile telecommunications services in Kazakhstan, today notifies that an additional agreement has been concluded with Subsidiary JSC VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) to increase the amount of the existing credit line from KZT 6 billion to KZT 7 billion, with a credit line maturity on 15 October 2023 and an interest rate of 10.7% per annum.
