Almaty, 14 July 2026. Kcell Joint Stock Company (“Kcell” or “Company”) (KASE, KCEL), one of the leading operators in the telecommunications market of Kazakhstan, announces the following decisions of its Board of Directors:
Issuance of Bonds Denominated in Chinese Yuan
The Board of Directors approved the issuance, listing, and placement of coupon unsecured bonds of Kcell JSC for a total aggregate amount of up to 420,000,000 (four hundred twenty million) Chinese Yuan on the Astana International Exchange (AIX).
Key parameters of the issuance:
Total volume: up to 420,000,000 Chinese Yuan
Maturity: 5 years from the date of issuance
Coupon rate: 4.20% per annum (fixed)
Use of proceeds: refinancing of the Company’s current liabilities.
Early Bond Redemption
The Board of Directors also approved the full early redemption of the third bond tranche in the amount of KZT 30,000,000,000 (thirty billion tenge), issued under the bond program on the Astana International Exchange (AIX).

The early bond redemption is executed as part of the initiative to optimize the debt portfolio structure, aimed at reducing the cost of debt financing and increasing the Company’s operational efficiency.
The issuance of Chinese Yuan-denominated bonds in the amount of CNY 420 million and the early redemption of the Tenge-denominated bonds were successfully executed by the Company on 14 July 2026 on the Astana International Exchange (AIX).
