From 1 to 5 July 2016 Kcell network shall arrange technical works on launching the improved billing platform AMDOCS. Migration to the new billing system shall be done as implementation of the resolution of the Antitrust Agency on providing communication interruption in case of lack of money on the account. The Operator shall arrange the first migration to the new order of tariffing and calculations in its mobile network for the Kcell trademark clients.
The Operator informs that during the course of works on migration to the new billing platform from 1 to 5 July the voice connections inside of Kcell network (calls to Kcell and activ numbers) and the clients of other operators shall be available in general working mode for all clients of the company. At that we would like to pay a special attention of Kcell clients that replenishment of balance during this period shall be limited. In this respect the Operator hereby urges the Kcell clients to arrange balance replenishment before 1 July, as well as to connect the roaming beforehand if the trip outside Kazakhstan is planned, as the roaming services shall not be available during the migration period.
The Operator hereby notifies that during the migration to the new billing system Kcell clients may face certain limitations in the use of communication services. For example, there will be some limitations in connection of new Kcell numbers, tariff plans and services, including Internet services, additional informational and entertainment services (VAS), as well as promotions on purchase of subscribing devices. Besides, services on re-registration of the number to the other person and activation of the new number shall also be limited. At that, all earlier connected services, including mobile internet and roaming, as well as tariff plans shall be provided to Kcell clients in the regular mode.
During this period the following services will be unavailable: SIM change/recovery, number porting to/from Kcell, Conference Call, balance check (all methods).
Tariffing of the provided services during the migration period may be done with delay. The more detailed information on the flow of funds on the client’s account shall be available after 5 July via the standard USSD request, personal cabinet or by calling to 9090.
The billing system shall be the connecting link in the relations of the Operator and the client. Changes in the Kcell billing system shall be implemented for increasing the technical level of services for our clients in accordance with their complex needs.
