Those who first gained the upper hand in covering the bus fees and parking costs have already been defined. They are as follows: Assel Chykabaeva and Asylkhan Tulepov, the participants of the November drawing.
Assel Chykabaeva, an Almaty resident, admitted that she did not know about the promo action when effecting payment for parking via the SMS: “The call from an employee of Kcell was a surprise for me. I had no idea that I was involved in such an action. The fact that I won the smartphone came as an absolute surprise.I advise all my friends to pay for parking via the SMS since it is convenient and cheaper, and there is no need to queue up for paying through the parking meter.”
In case of payment for the hour parking through the SMS the activ subscriber has left the parking stand before the expected time of parking, the unused balance will be refunded to the parking payment account thanks to the per-minute billing. The next parking fee can be paid through the use of the remaining amount. It is cheaper to pay for parking via the SMS, as the parking meter does not provide for giving the change and does not save the rest of the money on the parking account in premature exit from the parking stand.
Another winner of the above challenge – Asylkhan Tulepov – shared his emotions: “I have paid for the bus fee for the first time from the phone balance when I left my wallet at home. After that episode I at every turn try to pay the bus fare in such a way. I do not stand in line to reach the terminal to effect payment; I get on the bus, send an SMS and in less than no time receive a check. I advise the activ subscribers to try the service and join the promo action.”
