Kazakhstan school children express strong interest to educational content. It is shown in the results of master-classes of the project Digital Life 3.0. for February. In the shortest month of the year 9 free trainings were held all over Kazakhstan. In total 253 people took part in them.
Mobile Education master-classes were held in Aktau, Atyrau and Petropavlovsk. Many participants in Aktau noted the high level of conduction of free trainings. School children from Atyrau were very inspired by the fact that there is a free course of robototechnique at the Openu.kz portal and that they can learn robototechnique via mobile applications. We are glad that children become more interested in educational but not in entertaining content. It was also confirmed by the master-class in Petropavlovsk. Before the training most of school children didn’t know that they can learn via mobile applications. They are mostly interested in applications on chemistry, programming and development of new mobile applications.
Mobile Security trainings were held in Semey, Taraz, Almaty and Astana. Trainings on this theme always gather large audience of listeners in all cities. For example in Astana 30 parents were expected to come but more than 50 came. Parents in Semey were very interested in GPS-watch. Participants noted that even considering themselves as advanced users they got to know much new and interesting. The training in Almaty was held twice in Kazakh language as there were many requests.
SMM for business master-classes were held in Taldykorgan and Shymkent and drew much attention not only of business-class representatives but also the Press Service of Almaty oblast. Even after completion of trainings in these cities there is still feedback from participants. According to the trainers, analytics is very important and valuable for listeners. The training was held in Kazakh language in Taldykorgan.
Digital Life 3.0 program continues to hold free master-classes on smart application of smart-phones and mobile technologies for life in major cities of Kazakhstan. The project has been already implemented for three years by the Kcell company jointly with the E-event agency.
